The check-in process was incredibly slow and frustrating. I had to deal with an unnecessary hold on my card that was much higher than expected. On top of that, they charged me $5 for a small toothpaste, which is something I've never encountered at other hotels. Breakfast options were limited and not worth the cost. It really felt like they were just trying to squeeze more money out of us.

The King Suite was super comfy with a roll-in shower, hearing accessible features, and a microwave. Loved the flat-screen TV and the private bathroom with fresh towels every day. The outdoor swimming pool was clean, and the fitness center had good equipment. Parking was free, which was a bonus!

we had a great stay at pestana orlando suites! our double queen suite was really clean and comfortable, perfect for the family. the kids loved the location since it was so close to the parks. the staff was super friendly and helpful, making our stay even better.

i'd love to have more access to wi-fi, particularly since we were traveling with kids.
